Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

No ID requirements. All children must register. Adults must accompany children at all times. Registered adults bringing children pay a child rate of $30. Children 14-17 years registered for the conference may attend without an adult with a waiver. Tickets for children 14-17 are regular rate.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is 2 hour metered street parking available in the immediate area.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Bring water, towel, flags, streamers, billows, work out attire and ministry garments. Food is available nearby. Food is not allowed in the sanctuary.

Can I Participate in the concert? Yes

**Participants who desire to minister in the concert must indicate interest on the registration form. Organizers will send you a confirmation and approval if space is available. Space is limited.

How can I rent a vendor table?

***Vendors must indicate interest on registration form to rent a table. Tables are limited. Only registered participants are eligible to rent a vendor table. Products/Services to be sold/offered must be approved by the organizers. We reserve the right to reject products not related to the conference. Approved products include, ministry garments and dance supplies, books, DVD's CD's on dance, music and leadership, Books CD's and DVD's by instructors and speakers, Billows, streamers, flags etc. Services offered in training, coaching, financial and business services related to the conference are permissible.
