Description

Beyond the Basics provides an overview of the unique science collections at the Library of Congress and how you can find these rare and obscure materials. Each session includes suggestions on how to conduct research on science at the Library; and an overview of useful electronic resources for this topic, including subscription databases.

Please meet the instructor in the 5th floor elevator lobby of Adams Building (2nd Street side). Patrons are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes prior to the orientation. Seating is available on a first-come basis.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Printed tickets are not required. Guests who register via Eventbrite will be admitted on a first-come, first-serve basis, along with all walk-up guests.
