CrossFitters love to put Kettlebells on their t-shirts, but when it comes to exercises, most CrossFitters stick to one move: The American Swing. It's a great move, but it's just the beginning. Find out how much more you can do with a kettlebell to make you fitter in and outside the gym.
Most of this workshop will focus on 1-arm swing work and developing rotational strength and power. The 1-arm swing is the basis for the clean, snatch, press and much, much more. Training these movements have great carry-over into sports which involve rotational strength (i.e., all sports!). Not only will this workshop help you refine and hone your techniques for CrossFit, but it will help you at your sport of choice outside the gym.
This workshop is appropriate for all levels of athletes and coaches.
