Beyond Collaboration: A Special Session with CEO Doug Sauer [Newburgh]
Tuesday, October 16, 2012 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (EDT)
The New York Council of Nonprofits is very pleased to present this special event with CEO Doug Sauer. As you may know, NYCON recently hosted an online event with Doug on the subject of nonprofit mergers and collaborations.
We had such an overwhelming response to this short webinar, we've decided to expand the workshop to two hours and bring it to a neighborhood near you.
This in-person workshop provides you with additional information on nonprofit mergers and affiliations. Attending the webinar is not a prerequisite as Doug will briefly cover many of the key topics in this workshop, however, he will be delving more deeply into detail on many of the core questions and issues surrounding this complex topic. Doug will be providing advice, guidance, examples, tools and templates designed to help your organization begin to explore formal restructuring, shared service models and, certainly, mergers.
The workshop will take place on October 16th 2PM to 4PM at 5 Washington Terrace, Newburgh, New York, 12550. This event will take place at the Independent Living Inc.
Many Thanks to Independent Living, Inc. of Newburgh for hosting this NYCON Workshop.
*This workshop is free to NYCON Members and $50 for Non-members.
