Having fun in the kitchen with unique sustainable whole grains, “oh,rye”. We may be familiar with Rye Bread but have you ever wanted to learn how to use this lessor known grain in other ways?

Join Artisan Grain Collaborative members Rachel Bernier-Green of Laine’s Bake Shop and Sandra Holl of Floriole Cafe & Bakery for an afternoon learning about and cooking with Rye. Dig into your food and get to know what’s on your plate at the micro level as you cook and bake together in the Gourmet Gorilla test kitchen!
