The City of Raleigh Museum, in partnership with two local Indian restaurants, will explore the fusion of Indian-American cooking through dishes that are traditionally prepared for the two Indian festivals, Pongal and Lohri. As we explore this culturally blended cooking style, the chefs from each restaurant will talk about the effect American cutlure has had on their traditional Indian recipes, and where the inspriation for their food comes from.
The evening will follow with a dish prepared by the keynote speaker and James Beard award nominee Chef Meherwan Irani.
Limited space available. $30.00 per person. Please purchase your tickets prior to the event.
