Event description
Intergenerational documentary finds meaning and magic in the ordinary. Post-screening discussion with creators on storytelling and healing.

About this event

“One of the more universal and relatable films you’re ever likely to see.” - The Hollywood Reporter

306 HOLLYWOOD is a fantastical intergenerational family narrative. Filmmaker siblings discover meaning and much humor in the ordinary and mundane fragments left behind by their beloved grandmother. Winner of five BEST OF festival awards and seven nominations including Sundance Film Festival Opening Night, Best of NEXT.

The post-screening discussion explores how the creative mind processes loss. Moderator Caren Martineau, series producer and founder of Bevival.com, is joined by 306 Hollywood filmmaker, Elan Bogarín, and Zander Masser, author of the forthcoming narrative photography book, Unburying My Father.

Saturday, November 6 @2:00pm MATINEE AND POST SCREENING DISCUSSION

NOTE: STREAMING OPTION IS LIMITED TO TIME & DATE OF IN-THEATRE EVENT.
