🍂 Between Seasons: A Creative Autumn Check-In 🍂
Autumn can be a time of change, reflection, and slowing down. After the energy of Pride season, many of us need space to breathe, ground ourselves, and reconnect.
Patchwork People, in partnership with Omagh Pride, invites you to join our free three-week creative wellbeing programme created especially for the rural LGBTQ+ community.
Through gentle creative activities, mindfulness practices, and shared conversation, we will explore ways to:
- Manage stress
- Build resilience
- Strengthen wellbeing
- Connect with one another in a safe, inclusive space
Sessions will be held in Terracotta Coffee, with light refreshments provided.
No experience needed and all materials are included.
🌈 Open to LGBTQ+ individuals living in rural communities.
✨ Spaces are free but limited.
