Rachael Pritzker

Rachael, a die-hard Philadelphian and avid animal lover is Pritzker Law Group’s Founder & Chief Executive Officer. She is one of the city’s only zoning and land-use attorney’s with experience in both the private sector and local government.Prior to starting PLG with her twin brother Adam, Rachael worked at Center City law firm Zarwin Baum. While at Zarwin, Rachael practiced zoning, land use and public finance working on multi-million dollar bond issuances, and securing variances and government approvals for single family, and multi-family homes, non-profits and some of the City's most notable high rises. After years in the private sector, Rachael transitioned over to the public sector, accepting a position with City Council. As Legislative Counsel to City Councilman At-Large Allan Domb, Rachael developed legislation, worked with members City Council, City Agencies, the Mayor's Administration and mastered the policies and procedures of our City. Rachael was also one of the first 27 Commissioners appointed to the Mayor's Commission for Women, and currently serves on its Entrepreneurship Working Group.

Sonia Lewis

Sonia Lewis, is CEO of an award-winning business, The Student Loan DoctorLLC. Sonia is considered the people’s expert for all matters related to studentloan debt repayment. She has over 8 years of practical higher education andfinancial aid experience.The Student Loan Doctor LLC has been recognized as the first African Americanand woman owned student loan repayment company in the country. Stephanie Somers

STEPHANIE SOMERS, Co-CEO of The Somers Team at RE/MAX Access, has been bringing her fierce loyalty, unrelenting work ethic, and constant pursuit of creativity to Philadelphia Real Estate for over a decade. Stephanie has propelled The Somers Team into a new and innovative sphere of the real estate field. Brittany Mixson

Brittany Mixson is a graduate of St. John’s University with a B.S. in Biology. She is a published scientist on the topic of biological nutraceuticals under former research advisor Dr. James Mullin and a returned Peace Corps Volunteer where she served 2 and a half years as a volunteer science teacher. Brittany started her investing firm, Mixson and Kivers, LLC in November of 2016; later rebranded to KIVERS Capital, LLC in January of this year. Since her start only a year and a half ago, she’s completed a variety of deals ranging from wholesales to rentals and even fix-n-flips. Brittany attributes her passion for real estate to her late grandmother Easter Mixson, who first founded KIVERS. Back then, KIVERS was one of Philadelphia’s first female black owned construction companies. Brittany, Easter’s granddaughter, decided to pick up the baton and finish what her grandmother started. Outside of real estate Brittany enjoys music and is a worship leader at Perfecting Holiness Outreach Ministries in West Philly. She also enjoys traveling and being off the grid in another country.

Courtney Richardson

Courtney N. Richardson, Esq., LL.M, is the Founder of The Ivy Investor, a resource for women seeking to navigate the investing world in simple terms. When most people think of investing, they only think of the stock market. However, Courtney encourages diversification through investing in real estate. Courtney started in real estate as an Oil and Gas Title attorney in Appalachia (southwestern Pennsylvania, West Virginia) and Ohio during the Marcellus Shale boom. Her current practice area includes defending real estate property assessments and real estate tax enforcement with the City of Philadelphia. Before becoming an attorney, Courtney was an investment advisor for one of the top brokerage firms in the world. She is passionate about teaching how to create and retain wealth in the community through investing.

Raffaellina Merlino

With over six years of residential development, property design, and land acquisition experience, Raffaellina's journey into real estate began alongside her business partner and husband as co- founders of the Cityscape Development Group. Raffaellina came into the industry after leaving the corporate world as a client development manager for high luxury fashion brands such as Dior. Her recent venture into mix-use commercial building has sparked a new passion for community development and small business initiative.

As a North Jersey native she believes that she has the “newcomer “ advantage, where she sees so many positive opportunities and attributes that Philadelphia has to offer. Raffaellina is a leader of a top real estate sales team serving as a liaison between the millennial home buyer and dream home builder in both NJ and PA. When she’s not building or selling homes in Philadelphia, you can find her serving less fortunate communities around the world. Her most recent trip was to the "garbage dump" community in Guatemala, where she and her team built 2 homes for less fortunate families.

She is the co -founder of Table Share, a Christian based charitable organization that believes in serving and engaging. Raffaellina is an alumni of the Fairleigh Dickinson University school of International Tourism and Hospitality. Growing up around entrepreneurs and restauranteurs motivated Raffaellina to discover her passion for people and serving.

Yvette Mitchell

Yvette is the owner and CFO of Mitchell’s Business Solutions, LLC. Yvette has 25 years of experience in various aspects of accounting and taxation: public accounting/auditing, Corporate accounting, small business/entrepreneurship – accounting & management, real estate accounting and IRS representation. Prior to starting MBS, Yvette was employed a Senior Auditor for Deloitte. She holds a MBA Degree from LaSalle University and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania. Yvette also holds a certificate in Management Accounting from Villanova University. Yvette is certified from the IRS as an Enrolled Agent.

Kristin Daly

Chicago native, Kristin Daly, understands how to embrace professional and personal opportunities in a new city. Kristin enjoys empowering those around her, especially women, to create new leaders, while highlighting the importance of financial strength and independence.

Daly and the members of The Daly Group at KW Philly closed nearly $80 million in luxury real estate sales in the last two years, specializing in Center City, Chestnut Hill and the Main Line. She is known for her superior client and broker relationships, rapid response, and meticulous attention to detail while creating strong win-win outcomes and protecting client interests.

A long term resident of the city, Daly is especially proud of the vibrant growth and community building that so many Philadelphia neighborhoods have enjoyed in the past decade. During her time here, she founded the SWCC 5k Run that now supports two public elementary schools as a major fundraiser. It was especially gratifying for Daly to see her two boys run in the 2017 event, side-by-side with so many other friends and clients.

Elizabeth Parris

Elizabeth A Parris is a mortgage originator for M&T Bank. She initially started out her career in the medical field looking to assist the community and those from all walks of life with their health. With her excitement for educating those around her on the next best steps in their life journey, her passion for people and her vigor for learning, she has taken the skills she once dedicated to health education and diagnosis, to financial education and origination in the mortgage industry. With over 2 years in the mortgage banking industry Elizabeth has become very astute in helping first time buyers prepare for and complete the buying process, guiding 2nd time home buyers on their next steps and assisting clients with construction of their next home. Traci Powell

Traci Powell has been a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania for 15 years. Using her Bachelors Degree from Drexel university in Engineering Traci is well versed in the logistics of negotiation and break down of property sales. Traci’s coverage area includes Philadelphia, Blue Bell, Jenkintown, Skippack, PennWynne and East Lansdowne and all of Delaware and Montgomery Counties. Traci is ranked as one of the top 4% of buyer agents who sell homes fast and as one of the top agents for townhomes. She has also been featured in HGTV’s house hunters for clients she worked with in Philadelphia suburbs. In previous years she also held a loan origination license from 2003-2011. And is well versed in residential mortgage loan procedure. And she regularly taught home-buyer education classes to Non-Profits.

Attiyah Blair

Attiyah Blair purchased her first investment property in 2007 at the young age of 23 and has picked up additional rental properties since then. In her first year rehabbing homes Attiyah has earned six-figures in profits and provided job opportunities for more than 15 people.

Danielle White

Kerry Faix

Kerry Faix has served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company since 2013. Kerry has extensive experience in business operations and finance. Prior to joining Stone Bay Holdings, Kerry co-founded a construction and management business, before signing on to help build the business end of a real estate development company with assets located around Temple University in Philadelphia. Kerry draws knowledge from her time working in both banking and trust company positions at PNC Bank, Bryn Mawr Trust, and PPR Note Company, and through her experiences at a general contracting business that she co-founded. Her resume is one of growing businesses to create passive income, which is her passion. As COO of the Company, Kerry supervises staff and develops and implements efficient operational systems across the loan acquisition, loan management, and investor relations functions. Highly versed in all aspects of real estate, Kerry is also responsible for analyzing all investment opportunities of the Company and Stone Bay Holdings, LLC. As part of the management team of the Company, Kerry performs routine reviews of all joint venture partners in an effort to ensure that all partners continue to meet the high standards that they had when they began their relationship with SBH. Additionally, Kerry oversees the internal accounting team. She also works closely with all external accounting, tax, and legal advisors to SBH.

Marquita Eshun

Marquita Eshun currently runs a hair salon, out of one of her four buildings. By trade, she is a CPA, managing books and real estate tax filings. In addition, she knows the best ways for organizing properties, i.e., LLCs, trusts, etc.
