Better sleep, better days! Melt away the day’s tension and invite a restful night’s sleep with a special guided sleep meditation series. Many of us struggle to “turn off” at night as our minds continually turn over thoughts from the day. This prevents us from falling asleep, getting adequate rest, and feeling our best the next day.

Come let your mind and body relax to the wonderfully soothing voices of our meditation guides. They lead a progressive relaxation meditation to release the day’s thoughts and to let the causes of stress, anxiety, and restless sleep go from your mind. While meditating, your body and mind will naturally quiet down, allowing for a comfortable, rejuvenating night of sleep.

This is intended to be the last thing you do before falling asleep, so brush your teeth, put on your pajamas, and prepare for a good night’s sleep. See you there!
