I am a Bedding and Sleep coach with Somnvie Luxury Bedding. Somnvie is a sleep wellness company with a 40+yr legacy in luxury linen. We are dedicated to helping you get the best sleep of your lives and believe to sleep well is to live well.
What does an adult sleep coach do?
A sleep coach is a supportive mentor who motivates individuals to cultivate positive sleep choices. Sleep coaches provide services that are tailored to help guide you toward better sleep. Sleep coaches can come from different backgrounds, but in most cases, they are not traditional health care providers like doctors or nurses.
As a bedding expert with Somnvie Luxury Bedding, a sleep wellness company with 40+ yr legacy in luxury linen. I am able to help, educate & advise on the layers of bedding to fit their climate and their sleep preference.
Cost To Attend:
$10 for virtual-only members
