Dr. Tartt is a psychologist, minister, speaker, media host and author who serves as a frequent psychology expert for national media outlets (CNN, HLN, NPR, Radio One). He recently appeared as a child and family expert on Real Housewives of Atlanta to promote family therapy.
His YouTube channel has more than 1.5 million total views and focuses on mental health advocacy, empowering successful marriages, individual, child, family and marital psychology. With psychoeducational videos and interactive livestreams and classes.
Dr. Tartt is a graduate of Morehouse College and is the youngest African American to receive his PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Michigan. Dr. Tartt is a recipient of the NAACP award for a lifetime of work in psychology. He currently partners with AlkemeHealth and NAMI Georgia for mental health advocacy.
Dr. Tartt consults with the NBA and NFL and created the first full time psychology position with the Oklahoma City Thunder
Dr. Tartt manages a thriving psychology practice in Georgia and is married (Mecca) with three children (Raquel-16, Trinity-6 and Christian-1).
