Description

Hey Vata!

You know how to be multi-passionate and creative, but let's ground your energy and reconnect to the earth and yourself, so you can finish your projects and bring your light into the world.

Join Ayurvedic coach and yoga instructor Dr. Samantha Attard for a mini-retreat designed to get your 2018 on the right track.

What we'll do:
-A gentle yin-inspired yoga class to ground your energy.
-Enjoy warming tea and treats.
-Color, be creative, and discuss how to incorporate grounding routines into your day.
-Learn the foods and routines that will bring balance to your body and mind.

What you'll walk away with:
-A blueprint for daily routines that will balance your body and mind.
-New friends with a similar mind/body type and who can relate to your mental and physical symptoms.
-Grounding, focus, warmth, and excitement for your best year yet!

This workshop will be capped at 6 people so you can have a lot of personalized attention and get the most out of the workshop!

What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is the ancient Indian system of medicine and healing. This comprehensive system has both prevention and personalization. There are unique lifestyle practices, including diet and exercise, that teach you how to relate to yourself and with loved ones in a positive, productive way.

What is Vata?
Vata is one of the three Ayurvedic doshas (I think of a dosha like your Myers-Briggs personality type, except this one encompasses mind and body!). Vata is the airy energy you see in a crisp fall day, leafy greens, and in creative, expressive people.

Excess Vata can manifest as creaky, achy joints, starting so many projects and not finishing them, anxiety, and bloating/constipation (sorry had to go there).

Is this workshop for you?
If you're experiencing any of the Vata symptoms I listed above or you believe you're primarily vata dosha, yep! Come on along. If you don't know what your dosha is - no worries! Send an email to sam@behappyhealthyhuman.com so I can send you a dosha quiz and ask you a few more questions so you sign up for the right workshop!
