7:00-8:30pm      Panel Presentation

The truth behind the issues that really matter. What really goes into forming, building and financing your startup? This panel will examine the formation, staffing and financing of startups from a unique insider’s perspective. Hearing the legal and practical formalities of creating a startup is one thing, but peeking deep under the hood is quite another. Our panel will share stories of founders’ issues – successes and mistakes – in setting up a new corporation, bringing on and working with co-founders and the initial team, as well as financing and its impact on the founders. Startups are high stress, most of which is rarely discussed.  Learn about the myriad of issues that extend beyond preparing your executive summary and slide deck.
