Jarod joins Cherwell Software with 10 years of IT industry experience at Gartner. During his tenure at Gartner he initially served as a Client Engagement Specialist and ultimately as an ITSM industry analyst. Jarod was responsible for coverage of ITSM processes, organizational structures and enabling ITSM technologies. Jarod has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Trinity College and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
