2 x 2-hour evening CPD events to bring together both client side and supply side (contractors, consultants, manufacturers etc) in a forum designed to encourage sharing of knowledge and experience and commitment to change and improvement.

Note: You do not have to register twice, if you register and attend part 1 you will automatically be included for Part 2 - unless you are unavailable of course.

Part 1: Procurement and contract strategy including pricing models and options - January 20th

Part 2: The tender process including RFP documentation, tender evaluation and award of the contracts - February 24th
