CLE Topic: How to Outsmart Unconscious Bias in Your Law Firm and Yourself

The insidious thing about unconscious bias isn't the bias part, it's the unconscious part. With awareness, we can overcome it, in our society, our companies and ourselves. This talk shows the audience where bias comes from, without judgment or blame, and shares straightforward actions individuals can take, and policies employers can implement, to ensure bias is identified, eliminated and "outsmarted."
