We are so excited to welcome Caroline and Josh Bergström to co-host a dinner with us at the Pidge. Josh is not only one of Oregon's top winemaker's, but also a true lover of good food, good wine (if you follow him on Instagram you already know), and good laughs - which means if he can carry three plates at once we'd give him a job here.
Longtime customers of Bergström, and regulars of ours, opened up their cellar which allowed us to put this amazing dinner together. Below is the menu:

The cost of the dinner is $275 which is inclusive of food, wine, and service. Le Pigeon is a gratuity- free restaurant, so there is no additional cost. The dinner will take place on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at 7:00.
Reservations will not be taken by email or by phone. All tickets are non-refundable, but are fully transferable. If you give them to a friend, just please let us know so we can properly welcome them when they arrive.
We will be making a single specific menu to pair with the wines. We may not be able to accommodate last minute substitutions or changes. If you have any allergies or food related concerns, please let us know ahead of time. We hope you can join us.
