Coping with the death of a loved one or a longtime friend is inevitable and is usually a very difficult time. Understanding why someone we love has died is part of the bereavement process that often leads to isolation. Bereavement groups allow those who have lost a loved one to share their struggles with others who have experienced a similar loss.
