
Berea College Christmas Concert: A Celebration of Christmas
Description
The annual Christmas Concert, co-sponsored by the Berea College Music Department and the Campus Christian Center, will be held on two successive nights - Friday evening November 30 and Saturday evening December 1. Both performances will begin at 7:30p.m. in Union Church. All are invited to attend this popular event and to join in the singing of traditional carols. Music of the season will be performed by the college's Black Music Ensemble, Bluegrass Music Ensemble, Chamber Singers, Clavere Piano Duo, Concert Choir, Folk Roots Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, Wind Ensemble, Bel Canto Treble Singers and the Mariachi Band. Plan to attend this joyful Christmas celebration to usher in Berea's Christmas Season!
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED for admission due to limited seating.
* The cost is $5 per person except for Berea College students who can attend for free with their student id. (Berea College students must still reserve a seat below.) Children 2 years and younger do NOT need a reservation. Applicable sales tax and service fees are included in the cost of the reservation.
* Each order is limited to 4 (four) reservations. (Students are limited to 1 free student reservation per person but can purchase up to four $5 reservations for others.) FOR ADMITTANCE, STUDENT TICKETS REQUIRE A STUDENT ID. Orders that don't comply with quantity limits are subject to invalidation.
* When placing your request, note that we are offering two general admission seating options for each night - main floor and balcony.
* Please note there are no tickets to print; we will have a master list at the door of all those who made reservations.
* The doors to the church will open to the public at 6:45 p.m. each night.

FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
There are no minimum age requirements. Note: Those 2 yrs & younger do not require a reservation.
Berea College students WILL NEED to bring their student id.
What are my parking options for getting to and from the event?
Public parking is available around campus and on city streets.
NOTE: The City Christmas Parade will be held Saturday evening, December 1. It typically ends around 6-6:30pm. Please keep this in mind if you are coming to the Concert as finding parking may prove a bit more difficult.
What's the refund policy?
There are NO refunds for this event after tickets are purchased.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
There are no tickets to print; we will have a master list at the door of all those who made reservations.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
You are welcome to give your ticket to another person. They should just provide the original person's name when they come to the door.
