ABOUT BENNY GREB:
Apart from being a renowned studio musician and live drummer (Thomas D., Stewart Copeland (The Police), Stoppok, Blue Touch Paper, the Zappa Project of German radio station NDR, Benny Greb Brass Band etc.), Benny Greb is also working as a composer and producer.
In the last couple of years he became widely accepted as an outstanding drummer and educator. His clinics and solo shows are constantly sold out, no matter where on the globe he performs.
The readers of the American “Drum! Magazine” voted him “Best Clinician” for the third year in a row.
2010 he played at the Modern Drummer Festival in New York and is also featured on the DVD of the event.
His educational DVD “The Language of Drumming – a System for Musical Expression” became an international best seller, brought him a number of awards and claimed the top position as the world’s best selling instructional DVD for months.
The Modern Drummer magazine listed it as one of the “top 20 most influential instructional DVDs of its genre”.
