BENELUX Region American Football Recruiting Combine
Sun, April 23, 2017, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM CEST
Registration is now open for the 2017 BENELUX Region American Football Recruiting Combine in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The BENELUX Region American Football Recruiting Combine will be held on the afternoon of 23 April 2017 at the Amsterdam Crusaders' club facilities. The Combine is presented by Premier Athlete Advisors, LLC, a sports management firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Benelux Events, LLC.
Evaluation: Professional trainers experienced in preparing athletes to play in the National Football League (NFL) will test and evaluate each participant on an individual basis.
Marketability: A National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Agent will review the measurements and Combine results of each participant and determine if that participant is marketable to the 32 NFL, nine Canadian Football League (CFL) and five Arena Football League (AFL) teams. Smaller leagues in the early formation stages in the United States may also be looking for global talent.
Agent Contracts: The NFLPA Certified Agent may offer to sign Combine participants who exhibit exceptional ability.
Training Tips: For those Combine participants who do not show the immediate ability to generate interest from the NFL, CFL or AFL, trainers will provide targeted suggestions to improve each participant's training regimen.
Participation in the BENELUX Region American Football Recruiting Combine is limited to athletes over the age of 18 who have played American football at a club or school level. The cost to participate is $149.00 plus VAT for early registrants (through 31 March 2017) and $199.00 plus VAT for all registrants after 1 April 2017, which includes a facilities fee for use of the Amsterdam Crusaders' Sportspark Sloten, a detailed report of each participant's Combine results and an event athletic shirt.
The BENELUX Region American Football Recruiting Combine is not a fantasy camp. Participants must possess the athletic conditioning required to participate in vigorous training specific to American football and must be able to perform at a high skill level. The Combine sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to reject any participant they determine to be unqualified or unfit to compete.

Who else will be attending?
The Combine will feature expert American football trainers based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. These professionals, who have trained numerous National Football League (NFL) athletes selected in the coveted First Round of the NFL Draft, will coordinate the drills and training activities. Several well-known former NFL players have committed to attend, but due to potential scheduling conflicts, the Combine sponsors, while optimistic, cannot guarantee their attendance.
What drills and tests will the trainers run?
The trainers will organize a comprehensive list of training events, which are likely to include the pro shuttle, 40-yard dash, vertical jump, standing broad jump and/or position-specific skills tests.
Do I need to bring football equipment?
No. All equipment will be provided by the Combine sponsors and the Amsterdam Crusaders. Participants will not need padding or helmets during the event. You should bring a pair of football shoes (cleats). You will be provided a shirt or bib with a number to be worn during the event.
Are there any other events that weekend in Amsterdam?
The Amsterdam Crusaders will play a home game on 22 April. The management team of Premier Athlete Advisors, including Adam Seifer, will attend to support the Crusaders.
Premier Athlete Advisors has created a Facebook Group for Combine participants to discuss their plans for the weekend should individuals wish to share accommodations or transportation or make additional plans before or following the Combine.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the Combine? Where should I stay?
Sportspark Sloten is easily accessible from Schipol Airport in Amsterdam by car or train. There are plenty of lodging options for players arriving from different areas. The Amsterdam Crusaders may be able to accomodate you in their dormitory for a fee, and there are numerous hotels and hostels in the area.
How can I contact other Combine participants to coordinate transportation, lodging and/or weekend activities?
