The Institute for the Study and Practice of Nonviolence is Proud to host the 2017 Beloved Community Summit!

The Beloved Community Summit will bring together individuals from the various sectors that provide services to victims. A series of workshops and facilitated conversations will be offered in order to reflect on the best practices from each sector, the value of quality victim support services, and the most effective ways to collaborate across sectors. Workshops and conversations will center around the following themes:

-The victim to perpetrator pipeline

-Managing difficult partnerships

-The good business sense of comprehensive victim services for all victims of crime

Workshops will be provided by thought leaders from across sectors. These interactive workshops will allow participants to think outside of their own roles and to challenge and learn from one another.
