What's so great about a juice cleanse?' What should I expect on a cleanse? What's the difference ...between a cleanse & a detox?'
What juice is good for me if I have diabetes?
Why is juice so expensive compared to store bought juices? What can I do to make it less costly and still receive all the benefits?
What should I take for recovery from athletic & high intensity activities? What should I take before a jog or work out for endurance?
What can I take to lose weight?
Etc. Etc. Etc.
Learn about cold press juice, how cleansing & juice fasting works to heal the body, & the basics of cold pressed juice & juice cleanses.

Class will be hosted by Belli's team members Mayra & Alex as well as founder of Belli's, Alex. Alex has over a decade's experience in nutrition & food, from raw vegan to master cleansing and then to juicing. She has experimented with juicing both for healing purposes and athletic endeavors for over 10 years. Come learn and bring questions that interest you to this free class for the community!
