About this Event

The Belgian Travel Summit aims to build out a common vision on our Belgian Tourism Business and is a unique initiative organized by its professional associations ABTO, CLIA, UPAV and VVR.

2020 will see a series of Hackathon events with different themes to explore. This first Hackathon event will be on the topic of Sustainability, taking place at the Thomas More Hogeschool on Saturday 18th January 2020 from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Attendance is complimentary for all attendees of the May 2019 Belgian Travel Summit in Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates.

Delegates wishing to join the Hackathon who did not join the Summit in May 2019 will be asked to pay a nominal fee of 45 €uro + VAT to cover costs, which will be invoiced following your online registration. We have a maximum number of delegates.

In order to explain and prepare the Hackathon we ask every participant to join a MANDATORY conference call on Tuesday, 14th of January from 15:30 to 16:30 PM.

Please note that at this Registration stage no payment is required. We will send an invoice to those involved.

Completion of the Registration form is confirmation of your attendance and your acceptance of the event payment terms, which do require payment within 30 days of receiving your invoice and at least one week before the actual date of the event.
