Being an Effective Parent during the Toddler and Preschool Years

This seminar, presented by Nicholas Long, Ph.D, is designed for parents of toddlers and preschoolers. The focus will be on discussing various parenting issues, including discipline, sleep problems, sibling rivalry, children and television, injury prevention, and developing the basic building blocks for reading.
These classes are held a the Arkansas Children's Hospital in the ACH South Campus Bldg/ Brandon Conference Center,
11 Childrens Way (located one block south of the main hospital).

Center for Effective Parenting
The Center for Effective Parenting (CEP) is a collaborative program of the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and Arkansas Children's Hospital (ACH). It is directed by Dr. Nicholas Long, a Professor of Pediatrics and the Director of Pediatric Psychology in the Department of Pediatrics at UAMS and ACH.
