In this course, we do not talk about leaders and leadership...we create leaders as their natural self-expression.
About this event
There are over 190,000 books that discuss Leadership development on Amazon.com. This tells me that no one knows anything about being a leader, or about exercising effective leadership. There should be one or two books that you read, study, and act on that produce you as an effective leader. Most programs do not. They describe great leaders.

The Current State of Leadership Development: Organizations around the world are failing on one key metric of success: leadership development. According to research from the Corporate Executive Board (CEB), 66% of companies invest in programs that aim to identify high-potential employees and help them advance, but only 24% of senior executives at those firms consider the programs to be a success. A mere 13% have confidence in the rising leaders at their firms, down from an already-low 17% just three years ago. And at the world’s largest corporations—which each employ thousands of executives—a full 30% of new CEOs are hired from the outside.
Turning Potential to Success – Harvard Business Review Nov-Dec 2017 (pg. 87)
"Participants of our 6 day Leadership Course discover that leadership is not just a position, a title, authority and influence, or any of the traits typically “required” to be a leader or produce the results of a leader. Instead of more knowledge about leadership, you will be provided with access to being a leader and exercising leadership effectively as your natural self-expression.
The Being A Leader Program was created by some of the top thought leaders of our time. By applying the ontological and phenomenological approaches to their study of leadership they have discovered actionable access to altering the way in which you occur for yourself in situations requiring leadership. This means you will naturally act as a leader without having to remember what strategies or techniques to apply. Rather, you will be left being a leader and exercising your leadership effectively as your natural self-expression in any situation and no matter the circumstance.
During the course conventional ways of thinking will be challenged, new ways of thinking will emerge naturally, and you will find yourself naturally acting to create even greater success in the areas of life and leadership that matter most." *
