We are thrilled to invite you to attend a professional development event for ballet instructors, dance studio owners, directors, college students interested in dance education. Behind Ballet: A Summit for Ballet Educators is designed to bring ballet instructors across our region together to examine relevant issues in our field.

Presentations will cover injury prevention and treatment, as well teaching Cechetti and Vaganova port de bras and troubleshooting flaws in the upper body. Experts will sit on panels discussing the methodology of beginning pointe work, and exploring dance in college - is it worth it?
