Behavior Support for Students with Disabilities

The Illinois Service Resource Center provides behavior support for students who are deaf, hard of hearing, and visually impaired, at all three tiers of the Response to Intervention model. This workshop will include information on behavior support strategies for students, such as the Teach, Model, Prompt, Reinforce framework. It will review free services available from ISRC including onsite behavior support visits to schools and homes, data collection coaching, and library that mails items with return postage included. Discussion topics will include Senate Bill 100 and social emotional supports for students with cochlear implants.
