Meditation supports the exploration of the mind body connection and awakens our capacity for insight, compassion, and wisdom. This 4 week class is for individuals interested in beginning a mindfulness meditation practice. Each week you’ll learn new awareness techniques for establishing a practice. We’ll explore useful tools that will support you to expand your sense of who you are, beyond your fears and self-judgment. Class will be part education, part practice, and part discussion.
