Wednesdays on November 7th, 14th and 28th (skipping Nov. 21st) | 6:30pm - 9:30pm (attendance at all sessions required)


Experience Level: Beginner

Limited to 10 participants

This workshop will cover the essentials for learning to edit with Adobe Premiere Pro Creative Cloud, a leading platform used by many professional filmmakers for editing digital media. The class will provide the training so students will have the skills to confidently, efficiently and effectively edit films with the most up to date version of this software. We will focus on the basics about the interface, the timeline, and the workflow.

Equipment: iMac stations with Adobe Premiere Pro CC are provided.




Teaching Artist: Bernard Mann

Bernard Mann

Bernard Mann is a filmmaker and editor based in Seattle. He has over a two decades of experience, working in multiple genres in New York, Los Angeles and Seattle. He’s edited documentaries, info-mericals, commercials, and narrative films. He has a B.F.A in TV/Film from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. His projects include editing the digital cinema projection Kickstarter “Project Ahead” for the NWFF, and his documentary, “A Rich Man" and most recently the narrative short “The Lost Wallet." His films have been accepted to multiple film festivals. “A Rich Man” and his documentary film "School is Out" were part of Seattle’s Local Sightings Film Festival. He is an Apple Certified Pro in Final Cut Pro and A.C.E. in Premiere Pro CC.
