Beginning Digital Photography Workshop - Nassau County, FL
Friday, June 28, 2013 from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (EDT)
Participants will learn how to take their digital SLR or compact cameras off of AUTO and begin to creatively apply exposure, metering, and white balance settings, as well as learn about focus area, histograms, and principles of sound composition. Lots of hands on camera exercises. Workshop includes a printed reference booklet to keep. Participants bring their cameras to use with the exercises.
Workshop location is an easy drive from Camden County, Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, or Jacksonville.

Jackie DeBusk, M.Ed., teaches beginning digital photographers how to simplify camera settings. She teaches new digital camera owners to apply basic settings (exposure, meter, focus mode, and white balance), as well as teaches fundamentals of creative composition. In addition to teaching how to capture great photographs, Jackie also teaches an artistic photo editing workshop.
