Join me for 6 weeks where we will be stripping back this beautiful and sacred practice in a comfortable and supportive environment.

What we will cover:

  • Asana (postures) a variety of classic yoga poses will be covered with a focus on safe alignment including any adaptions you may require.
  • Pranayama (breath work) Learn to connect with the breath and use it as a tool to support you during your practice. You will also be introduced to some basic pranayama techniques.
  • Meditation You will be guided through some simple methods to help you relax and let go off any tensions and stresses.

This course is suitable for those who are completely new to yoga and those who have some experience but are looking to develop their understanding and gain support in creating their own practice.

Spaces are limited to 10 people to ensure that personal attention can be given, so booking is essential.

EC1 Yoga is a sacred sanctuary tucked away from the hustle and bustle of London just 3 minutes walk from Old Street Underground Station. The small studio has a personalised, community feel and we are delighted to offer all our guests and friends complimentary, healthy refreshments during your visit.


Classes will begin at 6pm until 7.15pm. Please note this 6 week period includes a bank holiday so on this week the class will be held on a Tuesday.
