Do I have to wear heels?

Nope. You can wear heels, sneakers, or even socks while you're building comfort. Heels are encouraged but never required.

Do I need dance experience to join?

No! Beginner heels classes are designed for first-timers, non-dancers, and anyone exploring movement for the first time.

Wear something you can move confidently in,leggings, shorts, bodysuits. Anything that makes you feel like THAT version of you.

Yes! Classes focus on slow, guided technique, posture, and confidence, not complex choreography.

Not at all. Most people in a beginner class are just like you,starting from scratch and looking for confidence, not perfection.
