Beginners DSLR Photography Workshop
Sat, April 1, 2017, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM BST
If you are new to photography or require a refresher course and own a Digital Single Lens Reflex (DSLR) camera but find the array of buttons, dials and settings somewhat daunting then this workshop is designed for you!
To get the best out of your DSLR you need to have a basic understanding of how your camera works. This will free you up to become more creative and at the same time help to improve your photography and get the shots you desire.
Rather than struggling and becoming increasingly disheartened this workshop is broken down into various hands-on sections covering the basics of ISO, shutter speed, aperture and composition.
Give yourself the confidence to experiment with different settings in semi-auto and manual modes. Learn how to interpret Histograms as an aid to help find the correct exposure.
The workshop takes place within the World Heritage Site of Ironbridge Gorge which has a wonderful mix of photo opportuntities just waiting to be discovered and is run in a very relaxed and convivial atmosphere. Please note this is an outdoor event!
However, the workshop is limited to a maximum of six people, this ensures that everyone receives individual tuition on the day. There will be a short coffee break half way through.
In the event that the weather is particularly inclement and the workshop has to be cancelled, naturally, a full refund will be given.
Further details and itinerary will be emailed upon completion of booking.
The Date for the next Ironbridge Workshop is 15th April 2017.
One-to-one workshops are also available during weekdays at a time to suit yourself which are priced at £125.00. For further details email firstname.lastname@example.org
