9 Week Beginner Specific Training Program, January 13 - March 14, 2020

Start your year off on the right foot with our Beginner Training Program. Train towards completing a 5K or get going early with your BolderBOULDER training.
If you are new to running or have taken an elongated break from it, join a welcoming, non-intimidating group with motivating coaches and leaders who have been in your shoes. We will walk you through an easy progression that will keep you injury free and motivated in a fun environment. Training schedules will ease you gently into it at a pace that's right for you.

Who is the program for?

This program is designed specifically for beginner and novice runners or those who are seeking a return to running after a lengthy layoff.
Participants should currently be run/joggers or walk/joggers no faster than 11 minutes per mile pace (any faster, please join our Winter or Spring program). You should be prepared to jog starting with 1 minute intervals, exercising for a total of 20 minutes three times per week.
