About this event

Meet at the Gym Downtown in Norfolk Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays! There is free parking on weeknights after 6PM and all-day Sunday, all down Boush Street where the meters are. All you need to bring is some flexible, comfortable clothing, water, and a yoga mat if you have one. We'll spend 20 mins on strength and conditioning, leading into 25 mins of Kung Fu instruction, and ending with 15 minutes on stretching and meditation. You should head home feeling loose, refreshed, and full of energy! Our program is designed to stimulate training at all levels, in a safe, comfortable, and fun environment that embodies our slogan, "Anyone Can Fight!"

As a National Strength and Conditioning Certified Personal Trainer, I will ensure that all our exercises follow principles based in exercise science. As an experienced instructor of Kung Fu, I am dedicated to bringing you fun, dynamic, and effective martial arts training that is also practical in real-world situations.

My goal is to make your workouts fun and effective, and leave you wanting more!
