Beginner Glass Blowing

ORNAMENT, SMALL BOWL OR DECORATIVE DISH

Come create some heat in this exciting condensed class. Participants will join Jason Dederich as he covers the fundamentals of glass blowing. Students select their color and design, then each create a piece* themselves with the help of the instructor.

What you'll learn:
Pipe turning using one or two hands.
Proper glass blowing stances.
Pipe/Body/Hand positioning
Heating Glass

Point Turning
Marvering
Marvering in the air
Resetting point on center
Basic glass balancing
