Product envisioning toolkit

A one-day workshop that gives participants a toolkit of techniques to drive a product idea from early inception to early requirements worth investing in!

You will experience an iterative and cost effective practical process to gather evidence, validate and design an idea into a real product. You will learn valuable UX design and requirements management techniques to use in your own projects and workplace.

Lean UX

The workshop fuses UX design, Agile Software Development and Lean Startup principles and is designed for software developers, business, marketing and UX practitioners who are involved in software-based product development.

If you influence product design decisions then the workshop is for you.

Designed for learning

Participants will be shown techniques and experience what it is like to use them in a structured environment designed for learning. Participants will learn from those techniques and from each other.

We will focus on techniques, principles, process and the "why" for doing things, rather than on (computer-based) tools. We won't use laptops, just pens and paper.

A workshop, not a tutorial!

BUSII is a 'work-shop', which means that participants will do work. The facilitators will bring their skills and knowledge to help people learn. Participants must bring their experience and be ready to learn, share and solve problems! This is not going to be a tutorial. It is going to be both hard work and fun!

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Bring a pen or two and your favourite notepad. A laptop will NOT be necessary.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

You may transfer it to someone else, but you'll need to organise it with us first.

Can we get an invoice for our company?

Yes! You may also be exempt from UK VAT if your company is not UK-based.

Are we going to have lunch and coffee?

Yes! Like before we will have a proper lunch break with excellent food. Coffee, fruits and donuts will be served during the day as well.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes.
