10:00am-11:00am: All Levels Vinyasa Flow taught by Kathleen Frizzi

Kathleen Frizzi has been practicing Yoga since 1999 and teaching Yoga since 2003. While working in NYC, she practiced many styles of Yoga, like Ashtanga, Iyengar, Integral, Jivamukti, and most treasureadly, Anusara with Elena Brower. These diverse influences blended with her Certification of 200 hr. Yoga Teacher Training with Kripalu Yoga and Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training with Yogafit, make her classes dynamic, fun and intense, while learning anatomy, self introspection, and positive well being.

What Kinda Of Yoga Class Is This?

Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga where poses are seamlessly woven together with an emphasis on linking breath to movement. In a Vinyasa Flow class there is a great sense of fluidity and opening. This is an all levels class, great for both the beginner yogi and experienced practitioner.

You get a full hour of yoga + a full pint of your favorite Empire Brew!

What Should I Bring?

Bring a water bottle and your own yoga mat.
