Jonathan Blanchard, Ph.D. is an intellectual property attorney with Pitts & Lake P.C. who focuses on the acquisition, defense, and evaluation of IP rights in the areas of chemistry and the life sciences. He will discuss the commercialization of technology and the interplay of patent and trade secret rights to protect ownership of the technology when a product enters the market. Jonathan also will be available for questions and answers after the presentation."
