An INTRODUCTION to keeping honeybees. Basic how-to information & helpful tips for keeping honeybees - workshop for new & emerging beekeepers in 2017. In an intimate setting (group limit 10 person), I will go over how (where/when) to get your bees, what equipment you will need, how to manage your hives through the months ahead and take care of your bees. This workshop is designed to empower confidence in new beekeepers, support decision-making and learning, and shed light on some of the mysteries you will discover in the world of beekeeping.
