Becoming New Parents: A Couple's Workshop is a relationship-centered class that focuses on the dynamic between the couple in the first year after the baby’s birth. As you embark on the transformative journey of starting a new family, your two-person relationship undergoes a profound shift. It’s normal to experience increased stress and conflict during the transition. In this workshop, you will gain practical tips and strategies to support your relationship. Through the two live Zoom sessions, this course provides a blend of instruction, conversation prompts, and open dialogue, fostering collaboration among the participants.

Class Length: Two sessions, one week apart, 2 hours each

**Scheduling Note: This class will take place over two consecutive Sundays (10:00 am-12:00 pm), one week apart. When registering, you will only see listings for the first Sunday session; however, the second session is automatically included in the registration and course fee.

Class Fee: $150 per couple
