This session aims to begin the process towards developing a healthy sense of identity by exploring participants’ multiple identities in order to identify and explain patterns of privilege and social power that play a systemic role in how inequities and disproportionality are perpetuated in schools.
Target Audience: District and Building Administrators, K-12 Regular/Special Education Teachers, School PBIS Teams, Social Workers, Psychologist, School Counselors.
