Have you considered mentoring a new teacher or becoming a K-12 administrator?
Over the past decade, according to https://nces.ed.gov, K-12 educational institutions have lost a third of their administrative workforce. At the same time, the number of new teachers are on the rise and they struggle to navigate the new normal of instruction without the support of seasoned educators to walk along side of them.
Join us as we speak with two higher educational professionals about why we need more teacher leaders and how to become a teacher leader.
