In this course:
Participants will be able to identify their own triggers and dysregulation and how it impedes the healing relationship
Participants will increase their awareness of compassion fatigue and learn practical interventions on how to stay in a more regulated space, even amidst the chaos
Participants will learn about the stress response system in the brain and why cortisol is damaging to the brain and body
Participants will walk away with practical TIPS (Trauma Informed Parenting Strategies) that facilitates healing through relationship.
