Wisconsin Master Naturalist

Sept. 27 - Oct. 1, 2014

at Treehaven

Become a Wisconsin Master Volunteer Naturalist and be certified to educate others about geology, ecology, plant communities, wildlife, interpretation, water, water life, and human impacts. This course combines classroom instruction with field experiences and are taught by professional natural resource educators and scientists, who are trained to deliver the WIMN course. Training includes classroom learning, daily field trips and opportunities to practice new skills through hands-on learning and capstone projects.

Treehaven's 1,400 acres of forest and wetland offers public programs in canoeing, no-trace camping and backpacking, wolf studies, orienteering, snowshoeing, snowshoe making, cross-country skiing, leadership development, GIS/GPS, survival skills, nature photography and more!
