Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for the pre-Veteran’s Day Gala. the 2016 Silver Crown Beauty Pageant honoring our Veterans and spouses of Veterans. The event will take place Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Marriott Crabtree Valley, 4500 Marriott Drive, Raleigh, NC 27612. The event is from 7pm – midnight including reception, pageant and dance party following. Doors will open at 6pm.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 must be made no later than July 15, 2016, with remaining balance ($50) due by September 16, 2016. By signing this contract, you understand and agree to abide by the following guidelines:
Rental cost (1) space - $100.00
Skirted table 2 x 6 ft.
Vendor listing marketing materials
Each vendor will be given one (1) table and linen will be provided. You will be allowed to access your space to set up 2 hours before the start of the event.
You agree to keep your space neat, clean and tidy. Once you select your table, you will remain at that location for the remainder of the event.
Each vendor may arrive up to 2 hours prior to event start time for setup and remain for 1 hour at close of event for breakdown. If you choose to leave your table unattended, Hallies’ Comet Productions and the Marriott Crabtree Valley hotel, will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items. You will responsible for making sure all of your items have been secured.
ALL vendors must provide a sales receipt that contains your contact information for each transaction.
