Afternoon Session

- Top Producer sales methodologies and habits - Connecting sales performance to financial results
- Role playing & sales training.
- Develop effective sales strategies and set goals based on the SWOT analysis -
- Develop framework to execute on your goals.
- Marketing, branding, social media and crowdfunding
- Learn about organic growth versus capital funding; presentations to investors, VCs/PEs;
- How to raise capital and effective leadership practices.

Lecturer: Dr. Aaron Levy, CEO of Emerging Transformational Ventures

Dr. Levy is the founder and CEO of Emerging Transformational Ventures. A career CEO, an inventor, entrepreneur, marketer and a published author, Levy started his career as a design engineer and then rapidly rose to lead several privately held and publicly traded technology companies as VP, President, COO, and CEO with his strong and unique sales and marketing techniques, always adapting to new generation trends. These companies ranged from early stage to multi-million-dollar global firms. Levy developed, marketed and sold several innovative hardware and software products, built and trained international sales teams, managed manufacturing facilities, and led several organizations thru financial performance and growth.

At ETV Global Inc., Dr. Levy and his team developed a universal financial P&L modeling tool (www.revenuetool.com) as a foundation for selling, scaling and growth strategies. He assists business professionals, executives and CEOs in saels and leadership development with focus on team cohesiveness and performance to achieve sustainable and profitable growth.

Dr. Levy holds a PhD in management, leadership and organizational change, a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Engineering. A patent holder for a digital manufacturing process, Dr. Levy authored "Factors Influencing CEOs" (2010, 2015) and "Digital Printing" (3rd ed. 2004). A three-time member of YPO, Levy is also professional aviator, FAA Certified Airline Pilot, Flight Instructor and a certified Masters' Competitive Simming coach. Always passionate about teaching, mentoring, he guides transformational leaders while effectively balancing professional and personal life.
