Description

Do you want to be a published author? Publishing a book is the fastest, quickest way to become a subject matter expert and grow your business exponentially. This workshop will provide you with all the information you need on how to write and publish a book in record time so that you can build beyond a six-figure business.

If you want to know how publishing a book can help your business grow exponentially, Carl Friesen of Thought Leadership Resources (see below) will be also present to answer all your questions on becoming an expert through publishing.

If you are an entrepreneur looking to become a Subject Matter Expert in your field, but have no idea how to write and publish a book, then this workshop is for you. We will cover everything you need to know about outlining, writing, editing, and publishing a book.

Publishing a book is the fastest way to build a six-figure business. We will teach you how to land paid speaking engagements once you have your book, and how to repurpose the content into online courses and premium consulting packages.

Many people struggle with their writing and workshop will help you focus on what is really important to get your book done. Beat the isolation of writing alone - join ten other entrepreneurs who will help inspire you to finish the book you've always wanted to write.

Our walking meditations will be facilitated by Leroy Rodrigues (see below), a Mindfulness practitioner for nearly 25 years. He organizes a unique Silent Walking Mindfulness meditation in High Park, a powerful combination that helps tap into the deep wellspring of your creativity.

Testimonials:

“As a male, first time writer, I was very unsure of what I would sound like on paper. After looking over my first draft, I realized it sounded like bullet points in a how-to manual. Samantha gave me some gentle writing tips and recommendations to make it readable as well as interesting. After a few rewrites by me and some artful editing by Samantha, I was drawn into and moved by my own story.” - Henry Balzani, co-author of the #1 International Bestseller, Silver Linings Storybook.

“Thank you for all your understanding during the month. I don’t think I would have pulled through without your patience and understanding. You helped me with your calming voice and empathetic support which is really needed during the process. I had a great interactive experience with you and was pleased you respected what I wrote. You edited my chapter very well to a more concise and fluent, readable article. Once that was done I was able to re-word and improve my paragraphs more clearly and easily.

I am so pleased to have the chapter completed and be able to call myself an author. It has been a pleasure working with you as well. I know we will work together in the future again. Thank you for being a great support. For those of us who are just gaining our voices, it’s nice to know you had our backs.” - Sonya Schrufer, co-author of the #1 International Bestseller, Silver Linings Storybook.

“Samantha helped edit my first published piece. Her comments and style of coaching helped me find my own voice. Her encouragement also made sure I completed it on time, to raving reviews. Finding that special person who can be supportive, inspirational, and committed to your success is key, and Sam is a remarkable editor to be able to do all this and more.” – Gail Fullarton, Investors Group Consultant and co-author of the International Bestseller, Manifesting a New Life.

About Leroy Rodrigues:

Leroy has been a Mindfulness practitioner for nearly 25 years. His main influences are Alan Watts, J. Krishnamurti and Carl Jung. After exploring many teachers, classes and methods he realized that the best 'teachers' are other students. His emphasis now is on self-discovery and facilitating sharing circles so practitioners are able to learn from the experiences of each other. In early 2016, he began a unique practice, combining Mindfulness Practice and Silent Walking in High Park. Silent group practice and the beautiful woods of High Park are a powerful combination, allowing you to tap into the deep wellspring of your creativity.

Leroy is the Organizer of Toronto Personal Growth, a community of like-minded seekers, who attend a variety of events to explore all aspects of Personal Growth, Holistic Health and Spirituality (Facebook.com/groups/TorontoPersonalGrowth/)
